How does Persimmon work?
As soon as you create an account, you will get your own secure email address @persimmon. When you get a new bill, invoice, receipt, account statement, warranty card… anything…just email it to this address. You can FAX it too or enter the information yourself. That’s all you have to do, most of the time. This document will appear in your workspace and will be searchable in a short time after the Persimmon system processes it. Persimmon figures out all the connections, reminders, relevant search terms etc just from this information. (Some times, it might ask you for hints)

What about my privacy?
Your information is visible only to you. We do not store Social Security Numbers. We will not store your personal information with any third party vendors.
Is my information safe and secure?
We use industry standard processes for security. All the records are stored with the same amount of security as American banks. Our data storage facilities are access-controlled by bio-metrics. All information access is logged so that we can trace back in the event of any misuse.
Your information is stored on fault tolerant systems with online and offline backup. You don’t have to worry about losing important data because of a disk crash anymore.
Why does it cost money?
We at Persimmon .com want to provide you with a service that is easy to use, secure and scalable. We also do not want to compromise your privacy in any way. We believe the best way for this is a subscription model.
